Mr. Yutaka TorigoeChief Executive Officer

Mr. Yutaka Torigoe is the Chief Executive Officer of the Manager.

Prior to joining the Manager, Mr. Torigoe served as Executive Vice President and Head of REIT Project Office at NTT GDC.

From June 2021 to June 2022, Mr. Torigoe was Senior Executive Vice President of NTT Urban Development Asset Management Corporation and subsequently served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from June 2022 to March 2025. He was also a board member of NTT Urban Development Asset Management Corporation from June 2021 to March 2025. From June 2016 to June 2021, he was Senior Vice President and Head of Accounting and Finance at NTT Urban Development Corporation and also served as a board member from June 2018 to June 2021.

Before joining NTT Urban Development Corporation, Mr. Torigoe held roles at NTT, Inc. (formerly known as Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation). He was Director of Global Business from June 2015 to May 2016 and Group General Manager of Joint Business Development at Dimension Data from December 2011 to May 2015.

Between July 2010 and November 2011, Mr. Torigoe served as Director of Global Business at NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS, Inc. (formerly known as NTT Communications Corporation) where he was responsible for promoting the integration of Dimension Data into NTT following NTT’s acquisition of the former.

Earlier in his career, from July 2007 to June 2010, Mr. Torigoe was Head of Outsourcing Business at NTT Business Associe, which has since been integrated into NTT ExC Partner in 2023. Between December 2005 and June 2007, he was Head of Shared Accounting for NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS, Inc.

From April 2002 to November 2005, he was the Director of Finance at Verio, where he was responsible for the integration of Verio into NTT following NTT’s acquisition of Verio. Prior to that, he was Senior Manager of Global Business at NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS, Inc. from July 1999 to March 2002.

Mr. Torigoe began his career at NTT, Inc. in April 1988 an Assistant Manager for Accounting before completing the NTT training curriculum and rising to become the Manager of Global Business by June 1999.

Mr. Torigoe holds a Bachelor of Economics from University of Tokyo and a Master of Business Administration from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Mr. Masayuki OzakiChief Financial Officer

Mr. Masayuki Ozaki is the Chief Financial Officer of the Manager.

Mr. Ozaki brings close to two decades of experience in real estate investments, particularly in public equities real estate investments in APAC at firms like APG, Heitman, and Fidelity (FMR). Prior to joining the Manager, Mr. Ozaki was Chief Financial Officer of NTT Global Data Centers Holding Asia from January 2025 to June 2025. Most recently, he served as Principal at Blackstone Japan from October 2022 to July 2024, overseeing fundraising and investor relations for Japanese investors.

Prior to that, from July 2018 to September 2022, he was Senior Portfolio Manager at APG Asset Management Asia, where he was involved in equity research and portfolio management of public real estate securities across Asia Pacific. From July 2017 to July 2018, he was Vice President and Senior Analyst of Asia Pacific real estate securities at Heitman International Real Estate Securities. He was Equity Analyst at Fidelity Management & Research (Japan) from September 2013 to December 2016 and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers from July 2006 to August 2013, covering public real estate securities portfolio in Japan, Singapore and Australia.

Mr. Ozaki began his career in the financial services sector at Citibank, N.A., Bank of America, N.A., and Morgan Stanley Japan where he, respectively, developed and managed investment products, provided financial and valuation analysis for deals relating to mergers and acquisitions and asset securitisation, and provided credit analysis of commercial mortgage-backed security loans and managed counter party risks for Japanese financial institutions.

Mr. Ozaki holds a Bachelor of Laws from Keio University and holds a Master of Management in Hospitality and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Bobby Little IIChief Investment Officer

Mr. Bobby Little II is Chief Investment Officer of the Manager.

Prior to joining the Manager, Mr. Little served as Senior Director of Investor Relations at NTT GDC from April 2024.

He has a deep repository of real estate expertise. He was Director of Asset Management at Landmark Dividend from January 2022 to March 2023. From December 2019 to January 2022, he was Manager of Asset Management at Mapletree Investments, managing the assets and portfolio of Mapletree Industrial Trust. Prior to that, he was Investment Manager at Carter Validus REIT (now Sila Realty Trust) from July 2017 to December 2019, providing portfolio analytics and investment management.

Between January 2017 and July 2017, Mr. Little was an Associate for Real Estate and REIT Banking at Wells Fargo Bank, where he provided corporate and REIT platform debt and financial support. He worked at Commercial Real Estate Services at Marcus & Millchap as a Senior Financial Analyst from July 2014 to December 2016 and at Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield) as a Corporate Real Estate Analyst from July 2012 to July 2014. Mr. Little began his career as a Commercial Bank Analyst at US Bank from July 2010 to July 2012, providing corporate and commercial debt financing and relationship management support.

Mr. Little holds a Bachelor of Science, Business and Education from the Florida A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the Washington University in St. Louis, Olin Business School.

Mr. Hiroo HiroseHead of Portfolio Management and Finance

Mr. Hiroo Hirose is Head of Portfolio Management and Finance of the Manager.

Mr. Hirose has been a part of the NTT Group for almost three decades and was most recently Vice President, APAC Finance Lead (APAC CFO) of NTT Global Data Centers Holding Asia, prior to joining the Manager.

He began his career at NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS, Inc. (formerly known as NTT Communications Corporation), where he worked in the data centers department from April 2003 to October 2018. He rose to the position of Head of Board Affairs and Capital Projects at NTT GDC in November 2018, a role he held for three years before assuming his current role.

Mr. Hirose holds a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy) from Gakushuin University.
