VA2 is a single-storey data centre facility strategically located in Ashburn, Loudoun County, widely known as “Data Centre Alley,” the world’s largest and densest concentration of data centres. The area hosts the MAE-East Internet Exchange and several major internet service providers, making it a key hub for connectivity. The property sits approximately seven miles north of the Dulles Toll Road and Sully Road interchange, providing direct access to downtown Washington, D.C. via Interstate 66.

VA2 is the second of nine planned data centres on a 224 MW campus and offers flexible solutions ranging from individual cabinets to fully build-to-suit deployments. The property is designed with N+1 electrical distribution redundancy and N+1 cooling redundancy.
