Mr. Raymond Tong

Mr. Raymond Tong is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Manager.

Mr. Tong is currently a Partner in the Capital Markets / Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group at Rajah and Tann Singapore LLP. He has over 30 years of experience in the legal sector, and has advised corporates, REITs/Business Trusts, investment banks and private equity investors in various areas, including fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate governance. He has also been involved in numerous transactions across the Asia-Pacific, EMEA and North America and across various industries.

Mr. Tong is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration and Nominating Committees of Info-Tech Systems Ltd, a software as a service company listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange. He is also a board member of JurongHealth Fund Limited and the Sustainable Finance Institute Asia Limited.
