Mr. Shuichi Sasakura

Mr. Shuichi Sasakura is the Chairman and Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Manager.

Mr. Sasakura has served the NTT Group since 1987 and has a deep understanding of the organisation. He has extensive expertise in data centers.

He currently serves as Executive Vice President and CEO of Data Centers and Connectivity, and CEO of Digital Workplace Services for NTT DATA, Inc. From October 2023 to June 2024, he was Executive Vice President and CEO of Global Technology Services at NTT DATA, Inc., having previously served as Senior Executive Vice President managing the global business from June 2022 to September 2023.

Prior to joining NTT DATA, Inc., Mr. Sasakura was with NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS, Inc. (formerly known as NTT Communications Corporation) for 12 years from 2007 to 2010 and 2013 to 2022, and NTT Resonant Incorporated from 2010 to 2013. At NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS, Inc., he had begun as the Director of Corporate Planning and eventually rose to become Executive Vice President and Head of Data Platform Services by 2021, where he was responsible for the management of data platform services, including data center services. He was also a member of the board of NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS, Inc. from 2017 to 2021 and was Head of Corporate Planning from 2013 to 2017.

Since August 2022, Mr. Sasakura has been a member of the board of NTT Limited.

Mr. Sasakura holds a Bachelor of Laws from Waseda University.
